The Fellowship is a two-year professional development program focused on cultivating the next generation of leaders for Colorado. The program combines hands-on experience with a solid foundation in leadership theory. Through staffing El Pomar’s programs, Fellows learn many tangible skills that enable them to leave the fellowship and become community leaders in all sectors.
